Your files are never uploaded to our servers or third-party cloud infrastructure.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect file contents, file names, or metadata from your processed files.
• We do not require user accounts, passwords, or personal registrations.
• We do not store backups or copies of your documents.

3. Server Logs & Static Hosting

When visiting our website, your browser requests static assets (JavaScript bundles, CSS styles, and icons). Our static hosting and CDN provider (Cloudflare Pages) may log standard technical web traffic data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) strictly for reliable content delivery and security/DDoS protection.

4. Advertising & Future Cookies

In the future, ModoFile may display non-obstructive advertisements to support free utility hosting. If activated, a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) will be presented to allow users full control over advertising preferences in accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy frameworks.
